Certainly take pictures and also try and get something in writing that they say it will take a week - to be honest it sounds a reasonable amount to me for just a week - however, if they are saying £400 is reasonable for a week then if it extends to two weeks then you should push for more and those photos etc will be handy evidence for any undue hardship you have had to suffer

My wife is a children's oncology nurse and treats children dying of cancer every day. One of the children who died recently was not even 1 year old - I can't even begin to think what her parents would think of your little theory.

Lou Gehrig played over 2000 games of Major League Baseball without missing a single game. He died of a disease that was named after him. Cal Ripkin Junior is the only other man to play 2000 consecutive games of Major League Baseball, he has not died of Lou Gehrigs disease. However, clearly the next person to play 2000 consecutive games of Major League baseball has a 50% chance of dying of Lou Gehrigs disease.

I've read some barking questions but this oner takes the biscuit - not only is it just plain dull but it is also actually extremely insulting to anyone who has got cancer or knows of anyone who has had cancer.

As an answer to your amendment - people with beliefs such as you simply stagger me. I find it completely incomprehensible - absolute madness.

But why - isn't grief and rememberance a personal thing - at least pre the Princess Diana hysteria it was.
