The majority of sales of this particular vehicle appear to be private sellers however there are a few dealerships.
I would try and narrow it down by supplementing the question to search for the car in the state that is applicable to you.
Or search Gogle
Ford GT40 dealers in the US.

As far as I am aware, and I own a crossbow, arrows, long bow and arrows and the police are fully aware of that fact. Possession of a bow and arrow by itself is not a criminal offence it only becomes a criminal offence when there is intent to cause harm or threats to cause harm or if it is used in an enviroment that is not suitable such as a public place, but you can have a bow and arrow and use them on private land. As long as there is no intent to cause injury etc

Personally no-I would not be impressed and would not be happy paying that amount but I suppose if you weigh it against how much you would have to pay outside of you employers car park- re NCP etc thi9s is probably a good deal.

I would have said 11th-12th century with the influx of Norman nobles into the UK, and the change in the use of vocabularly and expansion may have started at that time, but our langauge is heavily influenced by other langauges and has always been modified. However it is probably not until later when more people could read and right that any differences would ahve been apparent. In the 11th-12th-13ths and possibly 14th centuries most writing /reading was performed in latin becuase only Educated people could read/write and also monks etc.
So it was probably when reading and writing became more frequent that the langauge changed the most which is as you stated 14th-16th century so essentially I took the long way round but agree with your opinion.
