Are the newspapers we see on television when they review the day's press specially printed?
They always seem to be more glossy on screen. Is it just the way the camera picks them up, are they photocopied or are they printed that way?
asked in newspapers, the press, television

P-Kasso answers:

Often the front pages have been emailed by the papers to the TV station so the TV companies can print them off for use on screen because the actual newspapers for that day are often still being printed miles away.

Those downloaded front papers are shinier than regular newsprint paper. Hence the flsre.
