Exactly as cryptminder says...plastic shaped ice cubes that are water filled so you can reuse them. They really don't work that well from my personal expeience. They tend to lose their coldness after about 10 or 15 minutes. Good for emergencies where the icemaker is not working or you forgot to buy a bag of ice, but horrible for everyday prolonged use.
