The bebo site is working ok.

Make sure you haven't miss typed the address or blocked it in some way.

firstly - bebo's working fine for me, so it might just be you :p

secondly - have you tried closing down and restarting IE7, firefox, whatever it is you use?

thirdly - if that doesn't work, try restarting your computer.

if THAT doesn't work, give it half an hour, it's probably the servers at bebo.

you're not, by chance, using a computer at a school or college, are you? bebo is blocked on most educational systems, some prefer a big screaming notice that you ARE in trouble, some give you a message similar to a 404.

Supplement from 10/10/2008 03:32pm:

i've cracked off a "contact us" form requesting an email address to write to for cases like yours. i don't know if i'll get an address, but:

Thank you. Your message has been sent to the support team.

We try to respond to all questions within 2 working days. When we respond, we will send an email to the address you entered.

so, tuesday, perhaps? mebbe sooner.

wumpus answers:

If the message is that it can't find the server, that can mean that the DNS server used to look up the web address is having problems.

Which in turn means the problem is probably one of the machines used by your ISP.

Give it a while, then try again.

You could also try checking your ISP's own website to see if they have a status page, which would tell you if there are any known issues.

bebo did have problems it was not just you. I had the same thing yet 3 other people managed to message me that day. I have no explanation to why some of us can get on and others couldn't maybe their server just couldn't cope with so many users online at once. I tried everything including rebooting my pc and modem, so the problems was definitely not at my end.

sorry from reading comment I see this is an on going problem so more likely to be your firewall or something like a missing addon that is stopping you viewing the site. I do know lots of people who have been having problems with bebo over the last few months. Try installing firefox browser and see if that helps
