Why would the ability to make rational decisions and thinking be absent from a person?
Without having any kind of condition such as Austism Spectrum etc.

I was thinking more generally than Hiheels. To me the brain, although it functions differently, is like a muscle. Unless you exercise it then it seizes up. If children are never encouraged to think for themselves and make decisions then they will not know how in later life.

The brain is an mysterious organ sometimes operating without rhyme or reason. I have known many Genii & they all seemed to lack common sense & surround themselves within utter chaos.
