Does everyone have a (potential) addiction?
Are there people who can control their every habit -- drugs, TV, video games, gambling, chocolate, sex, food -- or does everyone have one or more potential or real addictions?

People can have addictive personalities that give them the propensity to fall into addictions more than those without. Addictive personalities tend to give up one vice and trade it in for another one because it is part of their nature.

I think everybody does though sometimes it isn't obvious. Some people are addicted to the same routine, doing the same things everyday. Others are addicted the air being sucked into a computer that flows over their hand while they are using it. If there's something wrong but you can't put your finger on it think about what has changed recently. Maybe you're not wearing gaudy socks any more. If you miss it it's an addiction.

I think everyone has the potential to become addicted to something. Those who don´t eat meat or junk food, those who don´t gamble, drink or smoke - they become addicted to feeling smug.
